The virtual tour is a series of video picture of the interior of your home. This provides a great advantage to your prospective buyers. It gives them an opportunity to see the exterior and the interior of the home. It eliminates a lot of casual lookers and reduces disturbances to your tenant. Many agents ask sellers to pay for the “Virtual Home Tour”, but I fell it is an invaluable marketing toll, especially for tenant occupied properties. Therefore, I pay for the tour myself as part of our marketing plan.
